About the Role
As a Business Growth Consultant, you’ll play a powerful, hands-on role in transforming our district’s Life and Commercial insurance production. Rather than managing a personal book, you’ll serve as a catalyst for success in partnership with agency owners, sales leaders, and producers across District 40. Through strategic coaching, innovative training initiatives, and collaborative goal setting, you’ll drive increased growth, competitive performance, and lasting excellence to elevate our agencies to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach agency teams on Life and Commercial sales and process improvement
- Identify new opportunities in current books and prospecting pipelines
- Educate agency staff on Life and Commercial products
- Support cross-selling, prospecting, and closing techniques
- Analyze sales numbers to spot trends and gaps
- Help agencies set and achieve goals
- Develop sales trainings, campaigns, and contests district-wide
- Share best practices and successes with all agencies
Requirements
- Insurance industry experience
- Active insurance license required
- Strong understanding of insurance sales and agency operations
- Excellent coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and motivated by results
- Willing to become a district resource for Life and Commercial (training provided)
