We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Diamond location (2255 E Division St). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, bringing exceptional service and smiles to our customers throughout the Diamond area. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Plan and execute optimal delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, times, and any special instructions
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks
• Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in perfect condition
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
• Build positive relationships with regular customers and represent the company professionally
• Organize and manage delivery schedules flexibly to meet business demands
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery deadlines
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery items
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and genuine customer service orientation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Familiarity with local Diamond area roads and neighborhoods (preferred)
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep (preferred)
