Our job is to help people see that before they ever experience Oasis. That's why Creative sits at the heart of our growth.
We're looking for a Creative Director to define how the world discovers Oasis.
You'll turn customer insights into ideas that make people stop, imagine a different kind of home, and understand why Oasis belongs in it.
You'll work hand-in-hand with Growth, Product, and Brand to create campaigns that don't just look beautiful, they drive meaningful business growth.
This is a role for someone who loves making. Thinking. Writing. Directing. Iterating.

What You'll Do
• Define the creative strategy behind Oasis' next stage of growth
• Turn customer insights into breakthrough campaigns that build both brand and business
• Create simple, emotional stories that make people want Oasis in their homes
• Partner closely with Growth to continuously test, learn, and improve creative performance
• Work directly with our video creators to bring ideas to life
• Raise the creative bar across storytelling, copy, visual language, and execution
