- Order Tracking & Inventory: Support order receiving, tracking, and inventory management of high-value hardware assets from procurement to deployment.

- Process Optimization: Analyze current supply chain processes, identifying efficiency and optimization opportunities for global hardware logistics and data center deliveries.

- Market & Data Analysis: Track and report on global market trends, pricing, and lead times for semiconductor components to support proactive purchasing strategies.

- Cross-Functional Support: Assist Accounting and Finance teams with cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and invoice management.

- Mentorship & Shadowing: Shadow the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Director to gain hands-on exposure to strategic procurement, vendor negotiation, and global supply chain leadership.

- Special Projects: Take ownership of small initiatives and projects that help build redundancy and agility into our growing global supply chain network.
