The Colorist/Print Development Associate supports the print development process and ensures the timely execution and evaluation of strike-offs. This deadline-driven, detail-oriented role partners closely with the Pre-Production Manager, Product Development Sourcing, Merchandising, Graphic Design, Textile Design, and external suppliers to deliver high-quality prints across all product categories.
What You’ll Do:
• Set up and break down strike-offs for review.
• Evaluate strike-offs and complete all required evaluation forms accurately.
• Partner with cross-functional Product Development teams to coordinate strike-off requests and approvals.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining an organized filing system for print development materials.
• Track multiple priorities and deadlines to support the timely completion of print development activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal partners and domestic and international suppliers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
• Three or more years of relevant print development experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with a broad vendor base on print development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly when managing international supplier relationships.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising accuracy or quality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams while also working independently.
• Strong sense of urgency, a proactive approach, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Pay range: $23.69 - $28.93
