What You'll Do

As a Campus Support Coordinator, you'll serve as an important resource for campus operations, providing administrative and customer service support that helps our students, faculty, and staff succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support by preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.

• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for students, faculty, visitors, and external partners.

• Respond to inquiries professionally, handle incoming calls, and direct requests to the appropriate team members.

• Coordinate and maintain calendars, meetings, and departmental schedules.

• Review records and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.

• Prepare reports and compile data to support campus and departmental operations.

• Research and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and workflow.

• Utilize technology and software applications to maximize productivity and support daily operations.

• Partner with vendors and external contacts to assist with campus needs and special projects.

• Support campus events, meetings, and other initiatives that contribute to an exceptional student experience.

• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative, office support, customer service, or related experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as internet-based systems and standard office equipment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the confidence to identify needs and recommend effective solutions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external partners.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling records, reports, and administrative tasks.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive information with discretion.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative campus team environment.

Preferred

• Experience working in higher education, healthcare, or a student-focused environment.

• Experience coordinating schedules, events, or campus operations support activities.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $28.00 Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
