We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 310 South Creek Drive location in Manteno, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to achieve performance goals and provide excellent customer service
• Manage staff scheduling, including creating work schedules and assigning tasks
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of team members
• Support loss prevention efforts and maintain store security
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance
• Fill in for the store manager when necessary
• Proven experience in retail or service industry management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
