As a Quality Project Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring that the project scope of supply meets all contractual quality requirements. You will work closely with Project Management, Quality Leadership, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Customer representatives to proactively manage quality risks, drive compliance, and ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
As a Quality Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Developing Quality Plans: Creating project-specific quality plans based on standard templates while incorporating customer requirements, technical regulations, and product certification requirements.
• Driving Quality Execution: Taking ownership of project quality requirements and implementing effective quality surveillance and risk mitigation plans to support successful project delivery.
• Managing Quality Compliance: Leading non-conformance and concession approval processes to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with Stakeholders: Building strong relationships and communicating effectively with internal teams and external customers to support project objectives.
• Providing Quality Visibility: Preparing and presenting quality performance reports, metrics, risks, and improvement actions to leadership and customers.
• Ensuring Documentation Readiness: Driving the on-time delivery of quality documentation, certification packages, and customer-required records.
• Supporting Continuous Improvement: Capturing lessons learned, promoting best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across project execution.
• Monitoring Project Quality Performance: Tracking project quality status, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing regular updates to Quality Leadership and Project Management.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent industry experience.
• Have solid experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes and their application within project execution environments.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Be fluent in English and Italian.
• Have experience coordinating multiple projects and managing competing priorities effectively.
• Have the ability to identify quality risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive successful outcomes.
• Have Quality Auditor training and qualification (preferred).
• Have previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry (preferred).

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,200 To 59,400. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
