• Proactively identify outages, degraded performance, connectivity issues, and other infrastructure concerns.

• Troubleshoot complex network hardware, software, connectivity, configuration, and performance issues.

• Analyze logs, network traffic, device performance, and other technical information to identify root causes.

• Respond to network outages and critical infrastructure issues and coordinate resolution across Technology teams and vendors.

• Participate in after-hours support and planned maintenance when necessary.

Network Security

• Maintain firewall rules, VPN configurations, access controls, and other network security configurations.

• Assist with implementation and enforcement of network security standards and policies.

• Work with internet service providers, equipment vendors, and other technology partners as needed.

• Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, IP address documentation, inventories, and technical procedures.

• Document troubleshooting processes, infrastructure changes, and network standards.

• Identify opportunities to improve network reliability, scalability, security, and performance.

• Travel to Atwell offices as needed to support network implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to clearly document network environments, configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across Technology teams and with vendors.
