Your role at MOBE
This role will be a hands-on product leader who helps MOBE identify the right work, align stakeholders, make informed tradeoffs, and drive execution from concept through launch, while providing targeted support on digital product strategy and operating model improvements. The role has no direct people management responsibilities and will work closely with product, operations, technology, and clinical stakeholders to drive outcomes and delivery success.
Responsibilities:
Translate business goals, user needs, and stakeholder input into clear product direction and actionable initiatives.
Lead product discovery activities to identify opportunities, validate assumptions.
Facilitate prioritization discussions and recommend tradeoffs based on business value, participant impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
Drive alignment across key stakeholders and create clear decision paths that reduce ambiguity, accelerate execution, and improve visibility into priorities and work in flight.
Oversee end-to-end product delivery from concept through launch, helping remove obstacles and maintain execution momentum.
Define measurable success criteria and monitor product performance against business and participant outcomes.
Partner with the VP, Product to evolve MOBE’s product strategy, roadmap, portfolio priorities, and operating model.
Establish and improve product operating rhythms, intake processes, prioritization frameworks, governance forums, and decision-making mechanisms that improve organizational clarity and execution.
Evaluate product capabilities, workflows, and portfolio opportunities to inform future investment and organizational decisions.
Deliver documented recommendations for MOBE's future-state product organization, role structure, and operating model to support long-term growth and scale.
Influence and mentor product team members and cross-functional partners through product leadership best practices, coaching, and facilitation.
Serve as a trusted advisor to product and business leaders, bringing experienced product leadership to MOBE.
Position Requirements
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
Experience in digital health, healthcare technology, care management, health plans, or adjacent healthcare organizations.
10+ years of experience in product management, with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering employee/consumer-facing products.
Comfortable using AI tools and able to identify practical opportunities where AI or automation can create business value.
Demonstrated experience designing or evolving product operating models, product organizations, or governance frameworks.
Experience working in high-growth, transformational environments where organizational structure, roles, and processes were evolving.
Analytical rigor: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to use data to understand usage patterns, drive decision-making, and break down complex problems.
Highly organized, with the ability to make rapid decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with peers, direct reports, and leadership team members.
Proficiency with Agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools.
Preferred:
Experience in health care or wellness industries.
Past experience managing or mentoring high-performing product, design, and cross-functional teams.
