The Senior Product Marketing Specialist will blend strategic storytelling, customer insights, and data-driven execution to drive the success of Roadie’s products. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping product positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and adoption around the driver app, directly impacting revenue growth and market leadership. Collaborating across Product, Operations, and Marketing, you’ll ensure effective launches, drive engagement, and reinforce our value in the market.
In this role, you’ll craft compelling product narratives, develop high-impact content, and execute integrated marketing initiatives. You’ll connect solutions to driver pain points, champion the voice of the customer, and bring a bias for action, strategic thinking, and a growth mindset.
What You’ll Do
• Define product positioning and lead go-to-market strategies and launches that drive awareness, adoption, and usage across key driver segments
• Partner with technology teams to anticipate product updates, feature releases, and UX/UI changes, translating technical developments into clear, compelling driver communications
• Build integrated product marketing plans that introduce, grow, and mature Roadie’s product offerings
• Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and content that resonate with diverse audiences throughout the driver journey
• Collaborate with Communications on the annual messaging guide, grounding recommendations in driver insights, product knowledge, and organizational priorities
• Anticipate communication needs from the product roadmap and plan the right mix of blog posts, automated updates, social content, and paid media insights
• Turn product performance, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations for product roadmaps, positioning, and GTM teams
• Track launch success, adoption, engagement, retention, and message resonance, translating results into recommendations for leadership
• Optimize Braze Canvas flows, tagging structures, and data points to improve segmentation, reporting accuracy, and experimentation capabilities
What You Bring
• 4+ years of product marketing experience, including messaging, positioning, competitive research, sales enablement, and GTM strategy; experience with product launches is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes across interdisciplinary teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations)
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences
• Deep curiosity about market trends, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities
• Excellent project management skills, with experience managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders
• A collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
