Overview

Leads a team responsible for marketing analytics, reporting, and insights to enable data-driven decision making across the Marketing organization. Drives marketing performance measurement, forecasting, advanced analytics, AI adoption, and actionable recommendations to optimize investments, improve effectiveness, and increase visibility into marketing’s impact on pipeline, revenue, and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing performance measurement, marketing attribution, forecasting, and KPI reporting, delivering visibility, insights, and recommendations that inform marketing investments, growth initiatives, and business planning.

• Lead and develop a team of 2–4 analysts while advancing reporting, dashboards, predictive analytics, and optimization capabilities to improve marketing performance, targeting, and investment decisions.

• Translate business intelligence, campaign data, and ad hoc analysis into actionable insights, predictive recommendations, and decision support that improve customer engagement and drive marketing effectiveness.

• Incorporate AI-enabled marketing analytics into daily functions to optimize reporting, audience segmentation, campaign performance, predictive insights, personalization, and decision-making while improving speed, scalability, and data-driven marketing effectiveness.

• Build strong partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Service, and cross-functional business teams to identify opportunities, align priorities, and strengthen Marketing Analytics as a strategic, forward-thinking business partner.

• Strengthen data governance, metric standardization, reporting consistency, and performance data validation across Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure accurate, reliable insights that support confident business decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, revenue analytics, or related disciplines

• 2+ years of people leadership experience

• Strong experience and expertise in leading marketing measurement, attribution, forecasting, Marketing ROI, and performance optimization

• Proven ability to translate data into executive-level insights and recommendations

• Leading and developing analytics teams and advancing reporting maturity

• Experience deploying advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights, and predictive models to improve business outcomes

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $103,090 - $162,000 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
