The Roadside Technician provides mobile vehicle assistance and light repair services to customers in need of roadside support. This role delivers exceptional customer service while performing basic diagnostic, maintenance, and emergency services safely and efficiently at customer locations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to roadside assistance calls in a timely and professional manner.

• Perform basic vehicle services including battery testing and replacement, tire changes, jump-starts, lockout assistance, and minor repairs.

• Diagnose and assess vehicle issues to determine appropriate solutions or towing recommendations.

• Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in accordance with safety standards.

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs, repair options, and vehicle conditions.

• Complete service documentation, work orders, and customer records accurately and promptly.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing courteous and efficient roadside support.

• Previous automotive technician, roadside assistance, or mechanical experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and light repair procedures.

• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to remain professional in stressful situations.

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.

• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver automotive equipment and components as required.

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and emergency response situations as needed.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.

Compensation: $25.00 to 28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Full Time

• Monday through Saturday availability

• Sundays off
