Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker to join our client’s dedicated Learning Disabilities Team. This is an excellent opportunity to support adults in achieving positive outcomes and living as independently as possible within their communities.

The Role

• As an Adult Social Worker within the Learning Disabilities Team, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of adults with learning disabilities.

• Complete assessments, reviews, and care planning.

• Work closely with health professionals and multi-agency partners.

• Support safeguarding and risk management processes.

• Deliver person-centred interventions that promote independence.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A Degree or Master's in Social Work (or equivalent qualification).

• Registration with Social Work England.

• Adult Social Care experience, ideally within a Learning Disabilities setting.

• Strong assessment, care planning, and partnership working skills.

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
