What you’ll do…
• Receive, inspect and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates for all stock movements.
• Issue materials to user departments in accordance with approved requisitions and operational requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to maintain product quality and minimise wastage.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly inventory checks and assist in stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance and operational departments to maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Monitor stock availability and report slow-moving, expired or damaged items.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and organisation of all store areas while complying with company policies and audit requirements.
• Support month-end inventory processes and prepare inventory-related reports as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Executive, Storekeeper or Inventory Executive within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems
• Good contacts with vendors and high negotiation skills
