We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Louis location on Pershing Ave. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the neighborhood. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the St. Louis area
• Navigate local streets efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience
• Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately and securely
• Load and unload delivery items carefully, maintaining product quality and vehicle organization
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any issues or delays to management promptly
• Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs to ensure roadworthiness
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
• Build positive relationships with regular customers and represent the organization professionally
• Meet delivery targets and time commitments while maintaining flexibility to handle unexpected situations
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standards
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with proven punctuality and reliability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to navigate using GPS and digital mapping tools
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery items
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
• Familiarity with the St. Louis area is preferred but not required
• Valid proof of vehicle insurance and registration
