THE ROLE
We're looking for a GTM Recruiting Associate to help us hire exceptional talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer, and other commercial teams.
You'll work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to identify great candidates, build pipelines, run recruiting processes, and keep searches moving quickly.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants significant exposure, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow into a full-cycle recruiter.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source exceptional GTM talent through LinkedIn, Juicebox, referrals, and creative outbound
- Build targeted market maps and candidate pipelines for priority searches
- Conduct initial candidate screens and help assess fit
- Manage candidates through the recruiting process and deliver a great candidate experience
- Keep searches organized, accurate, and moving quickly
- Track pipeline health, conversion, and recruiting activity
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify bottlenecks and next steps
- Experiment with new sourcing strategies, messaging, and channels
- Develop strong judgment around what great GTM talent looks like
- Take on increasing ownership of searches as you grow

EXPERIENCE
- 1–2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, sales, or other relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with outbound sourcing and reaching out to people you don't know
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or recruiting tools is a plus
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or technology company is a plus
