About the Role
As a Strategic Sourcer, you’ll be part of a new global sourcing hub focused on finding the right contributors for complex AI projects that require specialized or hard-to-reach talent across a wide range of domains, from translation and localization to legal, medical, scientific, and technical fields.
This is a strategic, hands-on role within Fulfillment. You will partner closely with the Sourcing Lead, Recruitment, and Delivery to turn complex requirements into effective searches, find creative ways to reach the right contributors, and rapidly scale sourcing efforts when projects require high volumes. The team will work in a data-informed and AI-enabled environment, using technology to enhance human judgment, creativity, and connection.
Your Impact
Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for specialized, hard-to-reach, and high-volume needs.
Explore communities, networks, referrals, and non-traditional channels to find and engage contributors.
Translate project requirements into targeted searches and adapt strategies as needs evolve.
Communicate sourcing progress, challenges, and market feedback, and flag potential risks.
Use sourcing and conversion data to identify bottlenecks, test approaches, and improve performance.
Use AI and automation in research, outreach, analysis, and sourcing workflows to improve efficiency.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop new approaches when traditional sourcing methods are not effective.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience using sourcing data and funnel metrics to inform decisions and improve results.
Nice to Haves
Experience sourcing for AI, data, or crowdsourcing projects.
Experience sourcing linguists, translators, or other language profiles across markets.
Experience working with global or distributed teams across time zones.
Flexibility to work regular U.S. hours or provide U.S. overlap when working in a different time zone.
