We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Florissant location (1620 Shackelford Rd). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Florissant area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and address any delivery-related concerns with empathy and transparency
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and prevent damage during transport
• Provide friendly, customer-focused service that reflects our commitment to excellence
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily delivery goals
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company standards
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
• Ability to navigate using GPS and route planning tools
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and transport deliveries
• Positive attitude and genuine commitment to customer service
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of local Florissant area roads and neighborhoods (preferred)
• Valid proof of vehicle insurance (required)
