Job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Greet clients and patients and provide friendly, compassionate service.
• Answer calls and emails, address client concerns, and schedule appointments.
• Check clients in/out and process payments.
• Provide daily care for hospitalized and boarding pets, including feeding, walking, bathing, and medicating.
• Monitor and document patient health, behavior, and medications.
• Clean kennels, treatment areas, equipment, and surgical instruments.
• Assist the veterinary team with restraint, exams, and post-operative care.
• Restock supplies and help maintain a clean, safe hospital environment.
• Comfortably work around animal waste, unpleasant odors/noises, and potential bites or scratches.

We’re looking for:
• Veterinary experience of at least 1yr required including animal restraint experience.
• Compassionate, calm, organized, and a strong communicator.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Weekend availability required.
• Comfortable safely handling and restraining dogs and cats of all sizes.
• Able to stand, walk, lift, and handle pets, food, and supplies.
• Willingness to learn cleaning, medication, and basic patient care.
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Eager to learn and grow your veterinary knowledge and skills.
