The Ward Law Group is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our New York office.
Responsibilities
• Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and court filings.
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
• Maintain communication with clients and litigation support staff.
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, including the ability to conduct client consultations, review documents, draft correspondence, and communicate professionally in both languages.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience handling motor vehicle accident litigation.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in New York City.
