WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by maintaining accurate product and pricing information, coordinating dealer and vendor communications, assisting with marketing and training initiatives, and helping ensure the successful implementation of sales programs. This role serves as a key liaison between sales, operations, vendors, IT, and dealer partners to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Be a key point of contact for the sales team.
• Assist Sales Managers with the implementation, tracking, and communication of sales programs and initiatives.
• Assist sales team in tracking merchandising assets in the field.
• Maintain and update shared drives, price pages, and sales-related documentation to ensure information is current and accurate.
• Making sure customer service contact pages and sales rep contact pages stay up to date.
• Collaborate with IT on LGO system changes, updates, and enhancements.
• Support the sales team with product sampling, dealer events, trade shows, display coordination, and new account onboarding.
• Partner with Cabinet Design and other team members to improve cabinet processes, design workflows, and training programs.
• Coordinate dealer plant tours, including scheduling, travel arrangements, accommodations, and event logistics.
• Work closely with vendors to obtain and distribute updated literature, product information, and sample materials.
• Create and distribute dealer newsletters communicating product updates, program changes, promotions, and company announcements.
• Serve as a resource for internal teams and dealers by providing timely information and support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and service.
• Coordinate planning and execution of the annual January Product Show along with regional shows in partnership with the Cabinet Design team, including event organization, show and display layout planning, venue booking and event space coordination. Assist with transportation and logistics of displays to the show, collaborate with the General Contractor to establish and monitor display installation timelines, and ensure all exhibit components are completed and ready for show setup.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and dealer partners.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Customer-service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• 2020 Design experience preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally for dealer events, tours, and company functions.
