We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Saint Ann location (11124 Old St. Charles Rd). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and territories
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and transparency
• Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly to management
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies to ensure safe operations
• Handle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude with team members
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record meeting company standards
• Minimum 2 years of driving history (if 18 years old) or 1 year of driving history (if 19 years or older)
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and meet company-specific safety standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mapping technology
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages of varying sizes
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including day, evening, and closing shifts as needed
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
