Your role at MOBE
We are seeking a senior sales leader to drive growth with health plans by selling MOBE’s cross-condition management solutions that improve outcomes, reduce total cost of care, and enhance member experience. This role is responsible for building strategic relationships with payer executives and leading complex, consultative sales cycles. You will develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve new customers, revenue and relationships.
Responsibilities
Own and exceed revenue targets for health plan clients (regional and national payers)
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on building strong customer relationships within your customer base of health plans?
Develop creative and customized action plans for each account, delivering compelling customer value propositions and long-term objectives
Partner with clinical, product and analustics teams to tailor solutions to payer needs
Build and maintain a deep and comprehensive familiarity with MOBE's offerings and future product pipelines
Demonstrate a broad comprehension of market trends, industry challenges, major players (payers and providers), relevant products and technologies
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including:
Cost of Care
Care Management
Population Health
Actuarial and Analytics
Member Engagement/Marketing
Lead end-to-end sales process:
Prospecting and pipeline development
Needs assessment and solution alignment
Proposal development, pricing, and contracting
Deal and contract negotiation
Position Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with a focus on Health Plans,
Commercial and Medicare Advantage experience preferred
Proven track record of closing large, complex deals ($1M–$5M+)
Experience selling:
Digital health solutions, services, or cost of care solutions
Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
Experience navigating long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
Existing relationships with national and regional health plans
Fluent in standard underwriting/actuarial pricing models

The salary range for this position is $175,000-$225,000 based on experience and qualifications plus commission.
