ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to build, customize, and connect the business systems that power our go-to-market organization. You’ll work across Ironclad, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, and n8n to streamline contract management, automate revenue workflows, and make our systems reliable as we scale.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines operational judgment with strong engineering skills. You’ll partner closely with RevOps, Sales, and Legal to translate business needs into scalable workflows, custom integrations, and measurable improvements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the customization and ongoing improvement of Ironclad and other business systems, including workflows, approval routing, data models, and integrations.
- Partner with Legal and RevOps to connect contract intake, approvals, execution, and contract data with our CRM and downstream systems.
- Build and maintain custom API integrations and automated workflows across Ironclad, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, and other tools.
- Develop prospecting, enrichment, lead routing, and lifecycle automation that helps our GTM teams operate efficiently.
- Design code-level monitoring, logging, and alerting to detect integration failures, workflow errors, and data quality issues.
- Define and enforce data freshness Service Level Objectives (SLOs), including refresh schedules, monitoring, and remediation for stale or failed syncs.
- Enforce system-wide email deliverability policies, including validation, suppression lists, sending limits, and bounce and complaint monitoring.
- Troubleshoot issues across connected systems, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Document integrations, system architecture, and operating procedures so workflows remain maintainable as the business grows.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or a related technical operations role.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Ironclad, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, and n8n.
- Strong experience customizing Ironclad contract management workflows and connecting contract data with other business systems.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods such as OAuth.
- Demonstrated ability to build reliable integrations, including error handling, retries, rate-limit management, and monitoring.
- Experience implementing email deliverability controls and maintaining accurate, timely data across connected systems.
- Strong understanding of GTM processes, CRM architecture, and the relationship between sales workflows, contracts, and revenue data.
- Excellent judgment, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous business needs into practical technical solutions.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact and growth.
Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $130,000 - $175,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
In addition to cash compensation, we offer equity and a comprehensive benefits package to support you both professionally and personally.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office at least three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. We value in-person collaboration, active communication, responsiveness, and close partnership across teams.
