We are seeking an experienced and decisive General Manager to lead our operations at our St. Louis location (10486 W Florissant Ave). In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing team culture. • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market competitiveness
• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development
• Oversee all operational functions, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of organizational assets
• Monitor key performance indicators and analyze business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Make informed decisions on staffing, scheduling, and operational procedures to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
